Recipe for Moussaka

Products: 
500 gr. mince
75 ml. cooking oil
1 onion
600 gr. potatoes
400 gr. canned tomatoes
2 soup spoon tomato paste
1 tea spooon red pepper
1/4 tea spoon ground pepper
25 gr. butter
50 gr. flour
200 ml. milk
2 eggs
50 gr. yellow cheese
salt
parsley

Preparation:
• Onions - chop and stew retail in some of the fat until they change color.
• Add tomato paste consistently that cook until the remaining oil, minced meat and some tomatoes.
• When water evaporates, add red pepper (coarsely ground).
• Mix and pour some hot water (broth).
• Leave on medium heat until water evaporates and mix with added finely chopped parsley.
